Returns
- For online purchases, we will accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged for a full refund accompanied by the original sale receipt within 14 days from receipt of items. We reserve the right to determine whether merchandise has been used.
- Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment.
- Custom orders are not returnable.
- Returns must be packaged as originally shipped and insured for the full amount of purchase.
- Please call us for a return authorization number.
- If your item is damaged, please contact us immediately for a replacement by calling (845) 807-2662 EST during business hours.
Changes/Cancellations
Once merchandise has left our premises, no cancellations or modifications may be made to your order.
Gift-Wrap Service
Items may be gift wrapped for an additional fee of $9.00. Products will be delivered in a gold gift box in wrapping paper and tied with logo ribbon. We will also include a gift card with your purchase.
